In order to make your final decision on the selection of the building plot, Wanahome in Spain organizes a visit to the selected plots of land. The building plot you have selected will then be reserved for you, until you have taken your final building decision.


YOUR DREAMHOUSE AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COSTS ?
Based on your wishes and the possibilities of the building plot, our Spanish architects design a custom-made plan.
Once you have approved the design, Wanahome in spain will present to you a price offer based on the plan and the materials you have chosen.


YOUR SECOND VISIT : READY TO TAKE OFF.
The purpose of this visit is to meet your architect and close all necessary contracts to get the construction of your house started.
